Submissions to IVA'03
Proposals for contributions to the IVA'03 programme should be made in written form.
We distinguish between the following categories of submissions:
- Long Research Papers
Long papers are reserved for reports on mature research results. The expected length of a long paper
should be in the range of 6-8 pages.
- Short Research Papers
Short papers should not exceed 4 pages in total. Authors may choose this category if they wish to
report on smaller case studies or ongoing but interesting and original research efforts.
- Demo Submissions - System Papers
Authors who wish to demonstrate their system during IVA'03 may choose this category and provide a
description of their system, installation, or demo. System papers should not exceed 4 pages in total.
- Poster Submissions
The conference venue will provide space to show posters during IVA'03. Authors who wish to display a
poster should submit either a one-page description of the poster content, or a one-page sketch
of the poster.
Final versions of papers (long, short, demo/system, poster descriptions) will appear in
the IVA conference proceedings which will be published in the
LNCS/LNAI Series
by Springer Verlag.
